Happy Valley Housing Project: Making People Happy in July 2013

The Happy Valley Hosing Project is in the final stretch.  The project is still running on schedule and should be completed by the end of August or the beginning of September.  The civils side of the project has been completed and all concrete work should be done in the duration of the following week.  In total 990 houses have been handed over and over the past month alone they handed over 150 houses.
