The past year has been one of continued investment, collaboration and practical action across the Blackheath Industrial Area.
The BCID’s 2025 Annual Report highlights a year focused on four key priorities: public safety, maintenance and cleansing, environmental development, and social and economic development.
Working alongside property owners, businesses, the City of Cape Town, SAPS, Law Enforcement, Eskom and other service partners, BCID continued to address the issues that directly affect businesses, employees and visitors to Blackheath.
From major verge upgrades and ongoing CCTV investment to daily cleansing and public-safety patrols, the year’s work was focused on one objective: keeping Blackheath safe, clean, functional and attractive for business.
